Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Secure federal and private research grants for quantum initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum information theory, and complexity classes
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Experience with machine learning applications to quantum systems
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical implementations
