Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptographic applications and optimization problems
- Lead research on quantum error correction techniques for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype quantum processors with >1000 qubits
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Quantum) and secure patents
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for 2026-era AI integration

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and low-level quantum assembly
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
