Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical business applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum computing protocols on real hardware

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex probability theory
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
