Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for scalable quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional prototyping teams in quantum hardware integration
- Conduct peer-reviewed research for publication in Nature/Science journals
- Translate theoretical models into practical quantum computing architectures
- Collaborate with AI teams to hybridize classical-quantum machine learning
- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion platforms
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and complexity theory
