Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead R&D projects targeting quantum supremacy in pharmaceutical discovery
- Develop error-correction protocols for scalable quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum systems
- Publish findings in Nature/Science and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing
- Track record of translating theoretical models to practical applications
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum systems
