- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography and molecular simulation

- Secure $2M+ in government/industry research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Computational Chemistry (2020-2026)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with IBM Quantum Experience or Rigetti
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# programming frameworks
- Demonstrated success in securing NSF or DARPA grants
- Expertise in quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Patents in quantum algorithm design or hardware optimization
