Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols to enhance qubit stability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype quantum hardware interfaces and software stacks
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in quantum information science
- Collaborate with industry partners to commercialize quantum solutions for finance, logistics, and cryptography
- Present research findings at international conferences and academic symposia
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics
- Demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, PRL)
