Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into deployable quantum applications.
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international quantum computing conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development for proprietary quantum innovations.
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience.
- Expertise in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#).
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or IEEE Quantum.
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing architectures.
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic).
