Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in cryptography and optimization
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes at cryogenic temperatures
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into classical architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum circuit simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum hardware
- Expertise in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum programming languages
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental prototypes
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex multi-variable optimization challenges
