Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead experimental research on quantum hardware performance and error correction
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-machine learning hybrid systems
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Quantum) and present at IEEE conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and secure government/private sector research grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation tools
- Demonstrated ability to secure $500K+ in research funding
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
