Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware systems at 15-millikelvin temperatures
- Develop error-correction frameworks achieving >99.9% qubit stability thresholds
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals with quarterly patent submissions
- Mentor PhD researchers and collaborate with MIT/Stanford quantum innovation labs
- Secure $2M+ annual research grants from DARPA and NSF programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (2019-2023 graduates)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
