Responsibilities

- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent portfolios for quantum IP
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum-classical hybrid computing paradigms
- Secure $10M+ in federal/state quantum research grants by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or proprietary quantum SDKs
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization
- Security clearance eligibility (DoD/NASA projects)
