Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on our proprietary hardware platform
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with industry partners to solve real-world quantum challenges
- Mentor junior researchers and publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually
- Contribute to quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction
- Proficiency in Q#, Qiskit, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
