Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop novel error-correction techniques for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on superconducting platforms
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum accelerators into machine learning frameworks
- Publish research in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Published work in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion platforms
