Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to prototype quantum annealing systems
- Publish findings in leading scientific journals and present at industry conferences
- Develop roadmaps for quantum computing applications in finance, logistics, and AI
- Mentor junior researchers and lead cross-functional innovation sprints

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)

- Deep understanding of quantum annealing and superconducting qubits
