Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems in cryptography and materials science

- Secure $2M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA proposal development
- Publish findings in Nature Physics and top-tier quantum computing journals
- Drive commercialization of quantum solutions for finance and healthcare sectors
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with superconducting qubit systems or ion traps
- Published research in quantum error correction or algorithmic optimization
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Track record of securing federal research funding
- Expertise in quantum machine learning applications
