Responsibilities
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype quantum solutions for 2026 industry challenges
- Establish partnerships with quantum hardware providers (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Create strategic roadmaps for quantum adoption in enterprise environments
- Present findings at global tech conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming and theoretical foundations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms with real hardware experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D grants or venture funding
