Responsibilities
- Design quantum hardware-software interfaces for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Develop quantum network protocols supporting distributed quantum computing
- Implement quantum error correction frameworks at scale
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical cloud integration solutions
- Lead quantum security initiatives including QKD and post-quantum cryptography
- Optimize quantum resource allocation across multi-node systems
- Collaborate with quantum material scientists on qubit stability research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing infrastructure or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC codes)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Qiskit)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Certification in quantum networking (e.g., QCE, QNLP)
- Published research in quantum systems or IEEE/ACM quantum papers
