Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing infrastructure supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical network topologies with sub-millisecond latency
- Develop fault-tolerant protocols for quantum error correction at scale
- Optimize resource allocation across quantum-classical hybrid workloads
- Implement zero-trust security frameworks for quantum-encrypted data pipelines
- Lead migration of legacy systems to quantum-secure architectures
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into ML pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum-classical hybrid infrastructure
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic engineering
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
