As part of our Quantum Futures division, you'll spearhead the integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems, develop fault-tolerant architectures, and pioneer novel approaches to quantum error correction. Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum-classical hybrid computing infrastructure
- Lead development of quantum network topologies with <100ms latency requirements
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum systems supporting 1M+ qubit operations
- Optimize quantum resource allocation across multi-cloud environments
- Develop quantum-classical APIs for real-time industrial applications
- Establish quantum security protocols for 2026-era data ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing large-scale distributed computing systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Experience with AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, or IBM Quantum services
- Published research in quantum systems or quantum networking
- Certification in cloud quantum platforms (AWS/Azure/Google)
