Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum networking protocols for distributed quantum computing
- Lead implementation of cryogenic control systems with sub-millisecond latency
- Optimize quantum error correction algorithms for industrial-scale applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum chip integration and calibration
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Develop roadmaps for quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing infrastructure or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
- Strong background in distributed systems and low-latency networking
