Responsibilities
- Design quantum-classical hybrid computing architectures for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead implementation of quantum-secure communication networks across 5 data centers
- Develop error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit quantum processors
- Create migration strategies for legacy systems to quantum-optimized frameworks
- Present breakthrough architectures at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Drive R&D for quantum machine learning acceleration frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing/Physics or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep knowledge of quantum-resistant cryptography standards (NIST PQC candidates)
- Proven track record of deploying quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
