Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems by 2026
- Develop quantum error-correction protocols achieving fault-tolerant computation thresholds
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-classical hybrid system integration
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Architect the first quantum-secured global communication network infrastructure
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning algorithms for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-coherence in cryogenic environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm optimization
- Proven experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid computing paradigms
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ engineers in R&D environments
- Certification in quantum security from recognized institutions (e.g., IQC, QCI)
