Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Author whitepapers on socio-technological convergence impacts
- Manage $10M+ R&D portfolio for experimental prototyping
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and global futurism summits
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on joint initiatives
- Mentor next-generation futurists in our incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goals alignment
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
