Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the development of the long-term technical strategy to align with our '2026 Vision' goals.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of supporting next-gen AI workloads.
- Technology Evaluation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, neuromorphic chips) for implementation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML frameworks.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to think several years into the future and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
