Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic design and implementation of systems architectures aligned with the 2026 technology horizon, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- High-Level Solution Design: Develop complex technical solutions that bridge business needs with engineering capabilities, focusing on microservices and distributed systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineers, conducting code reviews and technical deep-dives to maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, CTOs, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and mitigate architectural risks.
- Innovation & R&D: Stay ahead of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and evaluate their application to our core platforms.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/K8s), and serverless computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, large-scale system failures and drive resolution.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for diverse audiences.
