Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI, or advanced R&D environments
- Expertise in developing future-facing tech roadmaps and implementation plans
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future technologies
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or equivalent
- Experience leading multi-million dollar tech transformation projects
