Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategies with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of high-scale, distributed systems capable of supporting future market demands.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and frameworks that align with our long-term vision.
- Ensure all architectural decisions comply with industry standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or visionary capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Foresight: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead diverse teams and influence cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
