Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D and 3D assets for web, mobile, and immersive environments.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of visual elements.
- Optimize animations and render cycles to ensure 60fps performance across devices.
- Mentor junior artists and provide constructive feedback during the creative review process.
- Stay abreast of emerging industry trends, tools, and techniques (e.g., WebGL, shader programming).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D/3D animation and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, from flat vector art to photorealistic 3D rendering.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and project management tools (Jira/Asana).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
