Responsibilities
- Lead Creative Direction: Own the creative direction for high-impact 2D animation projects, from concept to final delivery.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers and animators, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of motion into web and mobile platforms.
- Workflow Optimization: Develop and maintain efficient animation pipelines and asset libraries to streamline production processes.
- Presentation: Present creative concepts and storyboards to stakeholders and clients, articulating the strategic value of the animation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or character animation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating mastery of timing, spacing, character acting, and storytelling.
- Tools: Strong understanding of vector-based animation tools (Adobe Animate/Character Animator) and frame-by-frame animation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
