Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for various media types.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and sound designers to ensure cohesive narrative and pacing.
- Create storyboards and animatics to visualize complex scenes before full production.
- Optimize animation files for web and mobile delivery while maintaining high visual standards.
- Mentor junior animators and provide feedback on their work to foster team growth.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in 2D animation and motion design.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation or motion graphics.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in character animation and motion design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of timing, spacing, and physics in animation.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts effectively.
