Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from wireframing to high-fidelity mockups.
- Create compelling 2D motion graphics and animations using After Effects and other industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers and developers to ensure design integrity and technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback to achieve optimal user outcomes.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of design trends and industry standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D digital design, UI/UX, or motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including UI design and motion graphics.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
