We are a forward-thinking agency pushing the boundaries of digital storytelling, and we need a creative expert to help us craft immersive visual experiences for our global clientele.
In this role, you will not only execute high-fidelity animations but also mentor junior designers and set the visual standard for our brand. You will work on diverse projects ranging from interactive web experiences to commercial video content.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for web, mobile, and video.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to translate complex ideas into engaging visual narratives.
- Optimize animations for performance and cross-device compatibility using modern web standards.
- Develop and maintain a library of reusable assets, templates, and style guides.
- Conduct peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to the creative team to ensure excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of timing, spacing, composition, and color theory in 2D space.
- Familiarity with vector-based animation tools (e.g., Lottie, SVG) and basic coding (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
