In this role, you will bridge the gap between static design and dynamic motion graphics, crafting assets that captivate audiences and elevate brand narratives.
Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity 2D assets, illustrations, and UI components for web and mobile platforms.
- Create engaging motion graphics and short-form video content using Adobe After Effects.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX researchers to translate complex data into intuitive visual stories.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual design system and style guide for all internal and client projects.
- Conduct design critiques and mentor junior designers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in 2D design, animation, and interactive media.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a 2D Graphic Designer or Motion Artist in a professional setting.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- A strong, portfolio showcasing a variety of 2D illustration styles and motion projects.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
