Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance 2D rendering engines using the latest Canvas API and WebGL standards.
- Craft pixel-perfect interactive UI components that provide seamless user experiences across devices.
- Optimize rendering pipelines to ensure 60fps performance in complex, data-heavy environments.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers and product managers to translate complex requirements into elegant 2D visual solutions.
- Maintain and extend our proprietary v2026 graphics library to support future product features.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and standards.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D web development, graphics programming, or interactive design.
- Deep expertise in HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and modern CSS animations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Experience with graphics libraries such as Pixi.js, Phaser, or React-spring.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy in a digital context.
- Demonstrated ability to debug complex rendering issues and optimize performance bottlenecks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.
