Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D motion graphics, animations, and micro-interactions for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure animations are technically feasible and performance-optimized.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive library of reusable assets and design systems to streamline workflows.
- Present design concepts and animation previews to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind creative decisions.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in motion design to continuously improve the user experience.
- Optimize vector files and video assets for various screen sizes and loading speeds.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or graphic design.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard software: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, easing, and squash and stretch.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of styles and technical proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team structure.
