Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks that allow autonomous agents to collaborate effectively.
- Develop sophisticated prompt engineering strategies and tool-use capabilities for AI agents.
- Optimize Large Language Model (LLM) inference for real-time, high-volume decision processing.
- Ensure robust error handling, logging, and monitoring for autonomous systems.
- Define and enforce security and alignment protocols for autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate strategic goals into technical architectures.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python and experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex).
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Proven experience working with LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
