Job Description
We are pioneering the future of Agentic AI and are seeking a visionary Senior AI Agent Architect to join our elite engineering team in Seattle. As we build the autonomous software infrastructure for 2026, you will design systems where AI agents operate independently, reason through complex problems, and execute multi-step workflows with zero human intervention.
The Role:
In this high-impact position, you will bridge the gap between advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and real-world operational logic. You will be responsible for architecting the "brain" of our autonomous agents, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and capable of self-improvement. If you are passionate about the next evolution of AI—where agents don't just chat, they act—this is your opportunity to lead.
Why Join Us?
- Work on cutting-edge Agentic AI technology.
- Competitive compensation and equity package.
- Flexible work environment and top-tier benefits.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement complex multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
- Design recursive self-improvement loops for agents to enhance performance over time.
- Integrate autonomous agents with external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems securely.
- Optimize prompt engineering strategies and chain-of-thought reasoning for high-stakes decision making.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of agent behaviors to ensure safety and reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define the roadmap for AI autonomy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML or backend systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern LLM frameworks.
- Proven experience building autonomous agents or AI agents that can perform tool use and function calling.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and semantic search.
- Experience with MLOps and deployment of LLMs to production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex agent logic.
