Responsibilities
- Architect Agent Workflows: Design and deploy complex multi-agent systems using LangChain and AutoGen frameworks.
- LLM Optimization: Implement advanced inference strategies to reduce latency and cost while maximizing output quality.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Build robust knowledge retrieval systems to enhance agent accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Model Fine-tuning: Collaborate with data science teams to fine-tune open-source models (Llama 3, Mistral) for specific enterprise domains.
- System Evaluation: Develop rigorous testing frameworks and evaluation metrics to measure agent performance and safety.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- Frameworks: Proven experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent orchestration tools.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize data pipelines.
