Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated multi-agent systems capable of autonomous problem-solving.
- Implement advanced orchestration frameworks using LangChain, AutoGen, or custom agents.
- Optimize LLM performance through prompt engineering, context management, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Integrate agents with external APIs, databases, and enterprise tools to create seamless automated workflows.
- Ensure agent safety, ethical constraints, and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of agent behaviors to improve reliability and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the AI team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, including GPT-4, Claude, and open-source alternatives (Llama, Mistral).
- Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector databases.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Microsoft AutoGen.
- Strong grasp of software architecture patterns, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for the ethical implications of AI.
