Responsibilities
- Define Safety Protocols: Design and implement rigorous safety protocols for next-generation Large Language Models and reinforcement learning agents to ensure alignment with human values.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms that improve model robustness and efficiency.
- Architecture Strategy: Lead the technical vision for our 2026 roadmap, defining the architectural pillars required for scalable, autonomous AI agents.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of senior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, critical thinking, and ethical responsibility.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or a related quantitative field.

- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), transformer architectures, and causal inference methods.
