Responsibilities
- Define Technical Vision: Architect and lead the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, high performance, and future-proofing our solutions.
- Model Development: Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on deep learning, natural language processing, and generative AI applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders, product managers, and executive leadership.
- Optimization & Infrastructure: Continuously monitor, optimize, and fine-tune AI models to improve accuracy, reduce latency, and manage computational costs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, large-scale data processing (e.g., Spark, Kafka), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive technical decision-making, and manage high-stakes projects from conception to deployment.
