The Role
In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, bridging the gap between theoretical research and production-grade AI systems. You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap that ensures our solutions remain relevant and dominant in the rapidly evolving landscape of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architecting the Future: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems specifically tailored for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on generative models and predictive analytics.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and technical mentorship.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and integrate hybrid quantum-classical algorithms into our existing ML pipelines.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and implementation of next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for edge computing, latency reduction, and energy efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical vision and architectural standards for the 2026 department, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and industry trends.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early, implementing robust solutions to ensure system stability at scale.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Cloud Architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Innovation: Proven track record of implementing cutting-edge Generative AI technologies and large-scale NLP solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on mentorship, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
