Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for enterprise-level 2026 product lines.
- Lead the migration and optimization of legacy systems to modern AI-driven infrastructures.
- Define best practices for model training, deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and architectural assessments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing Large Language Model (LLM) applications and Generative AI systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is highly preferred.
