Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI development, identifying emerging trends (LLMs, Agentic AI) and integrating them into our product pipeline.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, high-availability machine learning pipelines and data architecture capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Model Governance: Establish best practices for model evaluation, bias mitigation, and compliance to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating state-of-the-art research findings into production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in Machine Learning/AI architecture.
- Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and system design principles.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future technology shifts and plan long-term architectural strategies.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
