Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable neural architectures targeting the 2026 AI roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines to reduce latency and maximize throughput in production environments.
- System Architecture: Design robust MLOps infrastructure that supports continuous integration and deployment of complex models.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce guidelines for bias mitigation, safety, and transparency in AI decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex research into deployable software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with proven experience in large-scale machine learning systems.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically within the AI/ML domain.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
