Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Neural Network models capable of handling complex, real-time data streams for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise-grade applications, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Define and enforce AI ethics protocols, ensuring all automated systems comply with global regulatory standards.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate abstract future-tech concepts into tangible software solutions.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for scalability, reducing computational costs while maximizing throughput.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Computer Vision, or Natural Language Processing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
