Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML systems for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on quantum-ready infrastructure and high-frequency data processing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and ethicists to define technical standards and best practices.
- Conduct deep research into emerging AI paradigms, including neuromorphic computing and next-generation generative models.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in complex distributed cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex scientific concepts into actionable software solutions.
- Establish robust governance frameworks for AI safety, compliance, and bias mitigation.
- Drive technical decision-making during the early stages of product development and deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust with deep experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles, distributed systems, and edge computing architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor high-performing engineering teams and drive a technical vision from conception to execution.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and executives.
