- Model Optimization: Develop and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems, focusing on efficiency, reasoning capabilities, and reduced hallucination rates.
- System Integration: Integrate AI agents into complex enterprise environments, creating seamless human-AI collaboration workflows.
- Research & Development: Spearhead experimental projects in quantum computing applications for AI and neuromorphic engineering.
- Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Risk Management: Implement robust safety protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure AI alignment and responsible deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated experience with cutting-edge AI trends, specifically LLM fine-tuning, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and translate theoretical research into production-ready code.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical teams.
