Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to deliver production-ready AI models.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines and explore new paradigms such as federated learning and edge AI.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in a high-stakes environment.
- Collaborate with product managers to define AI roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Proven experience deploying LLMs at scale and managing GPU clusters.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
